ABOUT ROKHRATE

Rokhrate Innovation Initiative Limited (RIIL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth and women through skills training and capacity development.

Our five core programs - Women Empowerment, Job Placement Support, Entrepreneurship Support, Digital Co-Creation and Learning, and Psychosocial Support - equip individuals with the tools they need to thrive in today's dynamic environment.

We emphasize girl child education under our Women Empowerment program, providing mentorship and training that nurture confidence, independence, and lifelong success. For women and youth not currently engaged in school or employment, RIIL offers free semi-skilled training such as baking, catering, barista skills, computer literacy, art and craft, and tailoring - empowering them to build sustainable livelihoods.
